Brrrr!

I have been freezing up on campus today, as I walked to and from my classes. I am currently sitting in my night class, and have not yet taken my coat off because the building is so old that the temperature is never regulated correctly. So here I freeze, while trying to focus on the information I need to write a mile long paper about "behavior in the classroom." I'm taking 17 credits this semester and it really hasn't been too bad until now. This last week, {all} of my teachers have laid on the final projects, as well as several other (time-consuming) assignments that they decide to spring on me during the last three weeks of class.

I don't mean to seem negative; I really am happy and enjoying life right now. I have so much to look forward to in the next little while, such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas, my student teaching next fall and training for a marathon, (which I plan to do in the Spring sometime). Michael has been mapping out his race schedule for the coming year. He is hoping to get sponsored by a few companies; it sure would help to have a few races paid for this summer!
Ziggy is doing well. He is recovering from a slight set back; he was playing fetch the other day and scraped both of his "thumbs" (i know thumbs sounds funny, but that's what they are!) on the pavement. We wrapped his legs for a few days, but he seems to be healing quite nicely. Honest, that child is happy no matter what happens to him; I can learn a lot from him.
